Fire-demon

This fireball was modelled by Avolak Castings in a translucent resin. I painted it with yellow inks and some drybrushing. In the end the thing is keeping transparence and I like the final result. I'm including a comparison picture with a Threshold Agent from Uncle Mike's Worldwide, and another one of the Nightgaunt.

I'm thinking of migrating all these blog posts to my main blog, so I can have everything in the same place. I'll label every Lovecraftian-miniature and I'll create a page in the same blog. I'll let you know when I do that and some days later I'll close it.

  1. Gorgeous job, the inks have really helped to keep the ethereal quality of the fireball.

  4. Pretty cool looking. I don't think that this would look out of place on the other blog.
